About

Are you ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure with your furry friend?

Welcome to Canine Paddlesports - specialist dog training designed to help owners and their dogs learn the skills they need to paddle together with confidence.

Whether you’re new to paddling or looking to improve your dog’s behavior on the water, training is tailored to your individual goals, experience level, and your dog’s unique needs.

I use positive reinforcement and proven behavior-shaping techniques to build calm, reliable dogs who can safely enjoy paddlesports. My focus is not just on training your dog, but on helping you both develop a strong, trusting partnership - on and off the water.

Every session is personalized, taking into account breed traits, behavior challenges, and your lifestyle. From nervous beginners to overexcited, high-drive dogs, I specialize in transforming difficult behaviors into focused, cooperative paddling companions.

Flexible training options are available, including in-person sessions and remote consultations, making it easier to access expert support wherever you are.

With over 22 years of experience in the animal industry and more than 13 years paddling alongside my own dogs, I bring practical, real-world knowledge to every session. My background in animal welfare and rehabilitation allows me to support dogs with a wide range of behavioral needs.

This isn’t just dog training, it’s about creating a shared language, building trust, and giving you and your dog the confidence and skills to explore the water together.
