Canine Paddlesports is a Scottish Dog Training business offering paddlesport experiences and training specifically designed for dogs and their humans. We provide Training, tours, education, and more, all with a focus on safety and fun.

Not at all! We welcome beginners and provide lessons tailored to all skill levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you and your dog through the basics to prepare you for adventures on the water.

It is not mandatory for your dog to a confident swimmer. We provide canine life jackets for added safety, and our sessions are designed to build your dog’s confidence on the board.

Most importantly bring your dog , a Lead , Lots of Tasty Treats & a Positive attitude.
Bring a packed lunch for you and your dog to refuel.
I strongly recommend bringing a wetsuit if you have one.
Equipment checklists will be issued before your booking for private lessons and sup pup groups.

We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and experience levels.
However, if your dog is nervous or has specific behavioral concerns, a one-to-one lesson may be best suited to introduce your dog to paddlesports. We can provide guidance and training to be able to progress into the group sessions.
Limitations apply to Brachaphelic breeds & dogs with disabilities, medical conditions or injuries.

Safety is our top priority. Our equipment is dog-friendly, and our instructors are trained in canine water safety. Every session includes a safety briefing to ensure a secure experience for you and your pet.

Yes, you can! However, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the right setup and equipment. For larger groups, we recommend a private session.

We operate on various calm and scenic waterways in and around Scotland. The specific location will be confirmed when you book, based on conditions and availability.

Warm dry Clothing to change into and Clothing suitable for entering the water to around waist height for our beginner's workshops.
Bring a towel, some water for you and your dog, and any personal items like sunscreen. Don’t forget your dog’s favourite treats for encouragement!
